How do I track my order?
All orders placed will be be shipped out and a tracking number will be emailed to each customer to track their order.
How do I return an item?
Contact customer service via email and directions will be issed.
What is your returns policy?
All products and hair are final once purchased. Any custom unit is final once the order is place because it being made for someone specifications and can not be used for anyone else. The hair unit can be returned if it is in the original condition that it was shipped in.( No damage , has not been shampooed or altered in any fashion)
